Midland Painting Contractors specialise in transforming ordinary offices into dynamic and modern working environments, which will boost your company’s profile as well as staff morale.  We  understand the issue of timing, firms should not have to close for refurbishment and hence lose business, while the decorating is being carried out and so we can offer out of hours working.  Works can be completed in the minimum amount of time with little or no inconvenience to our customers.

 

 

New Housing Developments

We are the favoured contractor for many small and large housing developers. We have an assortment of housing sites ranging from developments with one house through to 800+ houses.  We have a site supervisor in every development and hold regular site meetings to discuss Health and Safety Issues.  We are able to provide development specific documentation as featured on our Health and Safety Page. All our operatives are CSCS Health and Safety Qualified.

Education Establishments

During the school breaks we are busy with the redecorations.  We understand that in school decorations durability is the most important facture, so by spending 70% of our time on preparation, we offer an end result that will last.   We are the favoured contractor for many private and state establishments throughout Bedfordshire.  We decorate both exterior and interior, and welcome any new schools or colleges who wish for works to be carried out during the holidays.                    

Health Authorities

We are pleased to be on Bedfordshire NHS hospital approved contractor list. Works consist of various ward blocks, offices, corridor areas, accident and emergency areas. We have recently completed the external of the South Wing main ward block which was a 10 storey building. We have also carried out various decorations to ambulance stations throughout Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
